How to Prepare

HOW TO PREPARE:

  • Uniformly mix Fresh millers  Varagu  millet dosa mix with water into dosa batter consistency. Add salt to taste. Leave it for 40 mins
  • Optionally add Chopped onions and green chilies to taste and stir well
  • On a hot tawa, take a ladle full of batter, pour it over the surface of tawa and make it into circular shape
  • Add 1/2 tsp Sesame oil or ghee around the edges
  • Cook in medium flame for about 2 min until the bottom surface turns light brown and edges starts to come upward
  • Flip it and cook for a minute
