How to Prepare

HOW TO PREPARE:

  •  Uniformly mix 1 tbsp of Fresh millers Ulundhu kanji mix powder with 250ml of water. Mix well to avoid lumps.
  •  Boil with continuous stir for 3 minutes in medium flame.
  •  You can now experience the aroma and see bubbles.
  •  Add 1 tsp of jaggery powder (or brown sugar) and 200ml of hot water (or milk) and mix well.
  •  Optionally add roasted shredded coconut for taste.
  •  Fresh, tasty and healthy Ulundhu kanji is ready to serve.
