How to Prepare

HOW TO PREPARE:

  • Mix Fresh Millers Ragi dosa batter uniformly with water until consistency is achieved. Add salt to enhance the taste. It will be fine to leave it for 40 minutes.
  • Optionally add chopped onions and green chilies to taste and stir well.
  • On a hot tawa, take a ladle full of batter, pour it over the surface of tawa and make it into circular shape.
  • Add 1/2 tsp sesame oil or ghee around the edges.
  • Cook in medium flame for about 2 min until the bottom surface turns light brown and edges starts to come upward.
  • Flip it and cook for a minute.
  • Fresh, healthy and tasty ragi dosa is ready to serve.
