How to Prepare

HOW TO PREPARE:

  •  Mix 1 tablespoon of Fresh Mixed Rice Kanji powder with 200 milliliter’s of water. To prevent lumps, mix well
  • Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 5 minutes on a medium flame.
  • You would experience the aroma now as the porridge is ready.
  • For sweet taste, add 1 tsp of jaggery powder or brown sugar and 200ml of milk.
  • For a salty taste, let the powder cool down and add 1 teaspoon of salt and 200 ml of buttermilk. Add chopped small onions for a taste.
  • Fresh, tasty and healthy porridge / kanji is ready to serve.
