– Mix Fresh Millers Navadhanya dosa mix uniformly with water until consistency is achieved. Add salt to enhance the taste. It will be fine to leave it for 40 minutes.
– Optionally add chopped onions and green chillies to taste and stir well.
– On a hot tawa, take a ladle full of batter, pour it over the surface of tawa and make it into circular shape.
– Add 1/2 tsp sesame oil or ghee around the edges.
– Cook in medium flame for about 2 min until the bottom surface turns light brown and edges starts to come upward.
